In 2015 Zenva paired up with Amazon to create the ’30 Day App Challenge’ where Zenva students could create and submit their own Amazon applications. Successful applications would then have their creations available on the Amazon App Store for users to play and score themselves a nifty $15 Amazon Gift Card.
Below are a few examples of work submitted by students at Zenva Academy and showcased their finished work on the Amazon Appstore.

Embark on some calcium efficient adventures with ManOVache, a sprinter who’s Lactose adventures turn awry when his lack of milk consumption leads him to…turn into a cow? Play as both cow and man in this fun free running game. ☆☆☆☆☆ For Originality

For aspiring app developers who would otherwise be stuck halfway through a coding tutorial and a cats with cucumbers compilation video (procrastinators are expert multi- taskers), The Amazon 30 Day App Challenge is a perfect example of how strict deadlines and added incentives can be used to give developers that extra bit of motivation to finish a project.
Of those who participated in the app challenge, many were students of Zenva Academy and had completed courses such as ‘The Complete Mobile Game Development Course’ and ‘HTML 5 Game Developer with Phaser.’
Jeremiah Jenkins, contestant of The Amazon 30 Day App Challenge had this to say:
‘I would absolutely recommend this course to other potential developers!
This course helps us to expand both of those boundaries by exposing students to a wide array of game genres and by teaching us how Phaser (and many game engines like Phaser) can be used to implement those game genres.
